was very good, a super getaway!
free towels breakfast choices easy access tour arrangement
I really loved the free, readily available pool towels and bath towels. It was so useful. breakfast each day included many choices, that was rich! the bus stop nearby offered easy access to town with buses every 20 minutes. the hotel helped arrange transportation and tours upon request. I found it quite practical.
The dinner menu did change daily and it offered an excellent dining experience. i found the service to be only nearly perfect.

My suite private pool was spacious. It featured a comfortable bed. daily cleaning occurred, this maintained a high standard. a great air conditioning unit offered effective temperature control.

The pool area was clean. It also featured a wonderful jacuzzi. sophisticated lounge music created a relaxing atmosphere. the pool's environment was well kept and quite inviting. the nearby beach offered convenient access.

the staff provided really good service and happily supplied anything i needed. upon arrival at reception, the service was amazing. staff constantly checked on us to ensure i had everything, this was very helpful and i appreciated the smile.

friendly staff clean room fabulous hot tub cat urine shower drain hot tub
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and cozy, and the hot tub in our room was fabulous. we had half board and the breakfast and dinners were great.
there was a slight smell of possibly cat urine in our room. the shower didn't drain quick enough so the water had to be turned on and off during one. our hot tub did not warm up so we could not use it for our first night and half the next day.

detached jacuzzi front awful bathroom drain
The room i booked, advertised as a suite with a sofa, did not have one. the jacuzzi front was detached and leaning against it! the view from the jacuzzi was of a car park and a petrol station. this made it undesirable to use. also, the floors were wet after cleaning. I slipped on the tile. the bathroom drain had an awful smell, and the sink was loose. finally the toilet flush broke on my last day.

warm welcome well-equipped room good breakfast convenient transportation
The reception staff provided a warm welcome. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessities. I found the breakfast very good, offering several cooked and continental options. I appreciated the bus stop being just across the road, simplifying transportation to various attractions in Heraklion.
The gym had limited equipment, with a few benches and a broken treadmill (it requires maintenance).

The hotel is conveniently close to Amoudara Beach. Supermarkets and many restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel, which makes getting around simple.

The room was spacious and clean (I appreciated the meticulous housekeeping). The private hot tub was a great addition and was prepared upon arrival. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
