The location was quite good, I admit.

My room felt rather small. I did not find any coffee in the room. The common area seemed a waste of space because I didn't notice anything useful there.

central location kind staff clean facility

The hotel's location stands out. everything i needed was easily accessible. I loved the proximity to shops and transport. the staff acted kindly, they were always available to assist. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility. i also felt safe because of the limited access points.

The room featured effective blackout blinds, a great addition for light-sensitive sleepers. space was well designed, allowing efficient use of the small area. it comfortably accommodated my luggage. I had enough space.

Really good Stay in Shibuya

The hotel provided great laundry amenities, and fresh water was always accessible (which I REALLY appreciated). Rooms were tidy, well-equipped, and demonstrated a commitment to sustainability. The attached restaurant impressed me with its food. I found the staff very nice and they greeted me warmly upon arrival.

The room was a bit small, but next time I would book a bigger room.

the room was clean. the location was central to shopping areas. the receptionists spoke fluent english, a plus.

The music was a bit too loud at the front desk. I sometimes had trouble hearing the staff.
