Really good Stay with Amazing Views

Breakfast included a good selection. The pool and terrace offered great views. The chambermaids provided very high standards of cleanliness. The staff were friendly.

The coffee machine did not produce good quality coffee, I had to pay extra at the bar for an alternative.

I wasn't thrilled with a couple of things. The minibar water bottles? Apparently, I drank them, even though I didn't. The staff insisted I did, despite my denial. my room needed some serious vacuuming. It never happened ! That's pretty bad for a supposed 4-star place, isn't it?

The minibar prices were high. I was charged for water I did not consume at check out. I had to clarify the bill.

my room wasn't what i expected the furniture felt old and the tv was a relic. i also had issues with breakfast the warm options were unappetizing and the staff didn't seem to care about vegetarian choices for dinner. it really was like half the staff were just giving off annoyed vibes not a cute atmosphere at all. the pool being cold in july was also a major disappointment

i was so thrilled with the towels provided for the beach visits. the views from the location were lovely! it was nice and quiet. the staff helped a lot.

i was upset to find i was charged for water bottles i didn't use. even though i said we didn't touch the mini bar, the receptionist said i did drink them! the room was never vacuumed , disappointing for a 4-star spot.

The hotel provided beach towels for trips to the nearby beach. The view from my room was pleasant. The staff was helpful (Daniela at reception was particularly efficient). The shuttle bus to the beach was also very handy.

The furniture in my room felt somewhat outdated.
