i really enjoyed the super friendly staff. the doormen even helped me cross the busy road. the refillable water stations on each floor was very convenient. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. i found the beds quite comfy.

Solid choice in the heart of the city

I think the location is awesome, close to many places. The staff at the front desk was really nice upon check in. I got a big window in my room, and it was really appreciated. Storing my luggage at the hotel was no problem, I think.
The rooftop breakfast buffet was disappointing, I think the food was cold.

poor soundproofing
I did find a couple of things disappointing. It sometimes felt quicker to take the stairs, especially with luggage. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise at almost all hours. it really made sleeping difficult. maybe i'll try a higher floor next time. but i'm not sure there will be a next time.

My room had a very good, large, comfortable bed. the shower worked very well, a fridge helped to keep drinks cold, and a safe secured my items. the hotel breakfast was also a standout. It had a buffet style.
