poor hospitality general lack

I found the staff unsupportive. a simple request was met with resistance, and there seemed to be a general lack of care . the hospitality fell short of expectations for a hotel in this price range. I felt i should have had more for a 3 star hotel. it was like they didn't care.

The room included a kettle! The air conditioning worked great, and the shower had hot water, that was a win. The restaurant downstairs offered good prices and quality, though other options were nearby. Perfect for variety.

The lack of toiletries felt inconvenient.

convenient location reliable wifi helpful staff spacious elevator

The hotel sits within walking distance of the u. s. embassy. I observed this to be approximately 200 meters. the elevator offered ample space. the wifi connection worked reliably and delivered excellent speed. i appreciated that the staff were friendly, very helpful and always ready to assist with a smile.

The scent indoors was notably strong. I found it a bit overpowering.
