Really good Suites and Service

super clean suite great staff comfortable spa

The suite was super clean. Staff was great. They now have a lovely little supermarket. I found the spa very comfortable. The spa also seemed clean and well-equipped.

I encountered an issue with ants in the kitchen. This also affected the bedrooms. I think this is a known problem and should be fixed, I hope it will be fixed for the next guests.

Breakfast offered high-quality products and was served at the table (there is no buffet). The service staff was friendly. I really appreciated the quality and service.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location away from the more touristy areas. This offers a more private and peaceful experience. Complimentary transfers are available across the resort, I found this convenient.

There are two pools in the complex. An additional pool is accessible with a short walk. Transportation is included in the price (making access easy). The hotel also provides home cleaning services daily.

broken app reluctant staff

The app to order items did not work. fixing timings for cleaning was offered. they did not come when requested. i found reception staff reluctant to help. There was no communication between teams. i requested a baby cot before arrival. Housekeeping never set it up. it required lots of calling to get it.
