Really good Stay, A True Gem!

I loved the location and how close it was to everything. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of choices. The staff was super friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed.

The absence of on-site parking created some limitations for arrival and departure. The luggage drop-off area, combined with the street layout, made maneuvering a bit tricky. Unfortunately, there was a small incident where the rental car got a scratch.

Staff members were readily available and eager to help with any requests I had. They provided quick service and showed genuine care . I greatly appreciated their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was actually surprised by the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The option to adjust the room's heating was very handy for a comfortable sleep.

The breakfast offered plenty of choices and everything was scrumptious. I found the variety of options excellent and everything tasted very fresh. It's definitely a highlight I looked forward to each morning.

poor soundproofingdamaged door frame

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear a lot of noise from both the street and neighboring rooms. this. the bathroom door also had some water damage at the bottom of the frame. i think the hotel needs to fix this. they also could have included a kettle in the room (to make tea).

The location was ideal. it allowed easy access into the city and the staff were very helpful. breakfast was also excellent. I'd recommend it to friends! i found some nice little extras. water, hot drinks, and cake were available all day downstairs.

the room temperature was quite hot and there was no ac. it was very hard to get a good night's sleep. also, the room felt basic and outdated.

the breakfast was quite varied , and i found it to be very good. coffee and tea were available all day , alongside biscuits , which i appreciated.
