convenient location complimentary coffee
the hotel is in a very convenient location. i appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea and fruit available throughout the day. the breakfast was great (i especially liked the scrambled eggs).
the temperature in the room was a bit hot. i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because there was no air conditioning.

Really good Stay, A True Gem!

great location friendly staff
I loved the location and how close it was to everything. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of choices. The staff was super friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed.
The absence of on-site parking created some limitations for arrival and departure. The luggage drop-off area, combined with the street layout, made maneuvering a bit tricky. Unfortunately, there was a small incident where the rental car got a scratch.

Staff members were readily available and eager to help with any requests I had. They provided quick service and showed genuine care . I greatly appreciated their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.

poor soundproofing damaged door frame
the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear a lot of noise from both the street and neighboring rooms. this. the bathroom door also had some water damage at the bottom of the frame. i think the hotel needs to fix this. they also could have included a kettle in the room (to make tea).

excellent stay

easy access helpful staff excellent breakfast
The location was ideal. it allowed easy access into the city and the staff were very helpful. breakfast was also excellent. I'd recommend it to friends! i found some nice little extras. water, hot drinks, and cake were available all day downstairs.
the room temperature was quite hot and there was no ac. it was very hard to get a good night's sleep. also, the room felt basic and outdated.

varied breakfast all-day tea room temperature no ac
the breakfast was quite varied , and i found it to be very good. coffee and tea were available all day , alongside biscuits , which i appreciated.
the room temperature was hot and there was no ac. it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
