adequate stay, some issues noticed
friendly staffmodern facilitiessewage smellhot water
the staff seemed very friendly plus really helpful and attentive. the facilities downstairs looked very modern and really clean too. i liked that a lot.
I found a really strong smell of sewage on arrival and thought there was a flood. i just wanted some rest after my long drive so i hoped it would go away soon. there was no hot water in the morning because the boiler wasnt on early enough. This made things difficult. plus, there was no contact number on the room phone to reach reception so i walked there to explain the water issue.
