stuck air conditioning long wait
the staff were busy, but remained helpful.
the air conditioning was stuck. the room became icy cold. it took a long time for someone to address it.

canal walk parking spaces comfortable bed
the location offered a lovely canal walk behind the hotel! plenty of parking spaces were available. the room featured a good size and the bed felt comfortable. someone was on duty during the night, and they could see parked cars from their location.
the air conditioning was stuck on a certain temperature so it was icy cold in the room. it took far too long to be looked at.

the staff were very friendly and catered to my needs .
My room lacked towels. I'm not sure how often the shower curtains are changed, and that seems unhygienic.
