I found the staff to be quite helpful, especially at reception. the grounds were nicely maintained. The pool area was particularly attractive. the room i had included two terraces, this was very useful.
The dinner buffet was not excellent. It felt limited in variety. the restaurant building seemed somewhat outdated compared to the hotel's modern style. the location requires either a taxi or car to reach the beach.

I found some issues . the advertised meals did not meet my expectations. the variety was limited and the food quality was not great. Ingredients tasted like they came from cans. i also encountered some rude staff at reception. the unwelcoming attitude made the check-in process unpleasant.

the walk to the beach or town took long time. a car would have been useful.

the complex felt intimate with a beautiful swimming pool. a short drive took me to restaurants, shops, and bars. the breakfast offered a great cheese selection (what a delight!). the staff were friendly and helpful.
i found that the walk to the beach or main areas of maspalomas required some effort.
