slow serviceexcessive prices
the valet parking seemed quite disorganized to me. i waited longer than i thought was reasonable for my car on two separate occasions. also, the mini-bar prices felt excessive, even when taking into account it is a hotel.

i found the service excellent with warm, helpful staff. breakfast choices were healthy and varied. the bathroom was cozy because it was heated. i didn't even need to use the ac, the room temperature was just right!
the road outside had barriers, and the intercom wasn't working. this made me wait a bit to get in. causing a small traffic jam

many restaurants, bars, and pharmacies were close to the hotel. the main tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot. i found the location amazingly central and quiet, a plus.

the gym was acceptable offering some basic equipment for a workout.
billing was a real issue i spent weeks trying to correct an overcharge on my card weeks turned into a month with no resolution and just excuses this made it impossible to get reimbursed for my work trip the lack of action on a simple billing error was disappointing

Wow, art surrounds you. The lobby looks like a fancy museum. The staff was nice! I discovered a gym. It has treadmills and elliptical machines. My room included a work desk. It had a comfortable chair.
The bar area seemed closed! I wanted a drink. This was a big downer.

Breakfast featured many choices. I saw fresh pastries! There were also various fruit options. The dining area included artistic decorations on the walls. It created a beautiful atmosphere.
