“This hotel strikes me as a solid choice for Düsseldorf, particularly for business. I appreciate its eco-conscious approach and prime location near the Hauptbahnhof. spacious number electric kettle friendly personnel slippery shower loose handrail dirty radiator

The room was clean and spacious number. There were even enough space for my morning yoga. It had an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. Friendly personnel at the reception were very helpful.

The bathroom shower was poor. It was very slippery. The handrail was loose and I had to take great care not to slip and fall.

helpful staff quiet room heating system air conditioning

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially at the reception. I could leave my stuff at the storage room because I arrived before check in. I requested a quiet room and I got one at the top floor. The room included a spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub.

The room was too warm even with the heating off. The air conditioning did not work. The hotel refused to switch the room. They also did not offer any compensation.

Wonderful Stay Near the Train Station!

helpful staff hotel amenities attentive service

I found the staff at reception to be helpful and friendly. Aishia provided helpful explanations regarding the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Shamssidini was patient when I needed help printing my boarding pass, and that really saved me some stress. They were attentive to guest needs.

My only slight issue was that the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel the safest for walking around at night.
