helpful staff quiet room heating system air conditioning

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially at the reception. I could leave my stuff at the storage room because I arrived before check in. I requested a quiet room and I got one at the top floor. The room included a spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub.

The room was too warm even with the heating off. The air conditioning did not work. The hotel refused to switch the room. They also did not offer any compensation.

i got a free upgrade to a big suite room. the living room had nice space and the bed was separated making it more quiet. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

the invoice could only be printed at check-out and there was a long queue in the morning.

great location friendly staff powerful shower

The hotel location is great. It is very close to the train station. The staff members were also friendly and helpful (very attentive). I had a nice, large, and powerful shower in the mornings.

The hotel only prints invoices upon checkoutwith a queue when many guests needed to leave early.

Wonderful Stay Near the Train Station!

helpful staff hotel amenities attentive service

I found the staff at reception to be helpful and friendly. Aishia provided helpful explanations regarding the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Shamssidini was patient when I needed help printing my boarding pass, and that really saved me some stress. They were attentive to guest needs.

My only slight issue was that the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel the safest for walking around at night.

helpful staff clean room convenient location

the staff proved helpful. the room was clean. many food places sit within walking distance, a real plus after a long travel day. the train station close, this fact made it quite convenient.

I thought the air conditioning poor and the windows awkward. It was hard to keep them open. during the night, the room seemed like a sauna, unfortunately.
