charming stay

simple check-incomfortable bedreasonable value
the check-in was simple. there was a comfy large bed. the pub (it is just yards away) served nice food. good middle point location worked well for visiting bath and cirencester. i found reasonable value for my money.
the floor in the entrance foyer had some dirt.

the host was warm and friendly. staff showed flexibility regarding a late check-in. service was exemplary throughout my visit. they are kind and feed you even when the kitchen is supposedly closed.

the room was quiet. the sheets were also soft.
i found the bathroom in need of some repair. there was mold present on the ceiling. the toilet paper holder also had rust (a minor detail, but noticeable).
