The staff were polite. Juan at reception was especially kind. The facilities provided were great and ensured I had a comfortable stay.

My room felt old. I also felt that it was not clean. The bed was uncomfortable and caused me some issues. The pillows had a bad odor.

The outdoor pool provided a relaxing space. It allowed us to unwind. Easy access to walking trails provided some of the best hikes. They were hikes that i have ever taken.

The room showed significant wear and tear. Specifically, the bed felt quite uncomfortable, and the provided pillows lacked support (i would have preferred better quality). The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. I also noticed that the television remote was missing from the room, requiring a call to reception for a replacement.
