excellent foodpoor serviceswitched off air conditioning
the hotel restaurant provided excellent food, though the menu was only in french.
the service was not great. i asked for an english menu, and the waiter said 'non' and walked away. the room was too hot at night. i was told the air conditioning was switched off until summer. this was frustrating.

my room, a junior suite, had a spacious balcony. i saw two sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. breakfast included fresh melon and pastries, it was filling. the staff helped me book taxis each day and were very nice.
i noticed the gym and spa closed early at 5:00 pm .

Really good Riad Experience

The hotel featured tasteful decor with traditional elements. The entire place smelled very nice. Candles lit up the hotel at night. I found a secluded pool area. My large room included a balcony with a pool and sea view.

The staff proved attentive, especially in the restaurant, and were very friendly. The team promptly arranged taxis for us whenever required. The spa treatment I enjoyed was magnificent and certainly worth the cost (I felt rejuvenated afterwards).

the room was spacious. it had a handy location near the beach. i found the spa and restaurant great.
i was disappointed. our room door had a gap, so there was road noise. i asked to move, but the desk lady was hostile. a woman smoked next to me during my meal, and the staff moved us to a dingy room. it felt overpriced.

The staff was very friendly, particularly in the restaurant. i found the free water bottles quite practical. the pool area and the garden provided a relaxing atmosphere. I observed a lot of birds and even two cats.

worn furnitureinconvenient front desk
I stayed here for a few nights. the room i booked, a junior suite, felt somewhat tired. there were some stains on the carpet, which wasn't great (minor detail, but still). the lack of coffee and tea facilities was surprising. I expect that as standard these days. the advertised 24-hour front desk wasn't really 24-hour. It didn't open until after 7 am. that's quite inconvenient for early departures.

My room included fresh flowers. I thought that was a nice touch. also, i found that turndown service brought welcome cakes and chocolate each night!!!
the pool manager started removing sun lounger cushions at 4pm, even though there was still plenty of sunshine.
