inconvenient receptionmissing amenities

this meant the reception was temporarily located on the third floor, a bit inconvenient. additionally, the promised snack vending machines were not available at all (a small convenience i was counting on after a long day). i had booked a standard room expecting a coffee machine and kettle, but neither were present.

the room was newly renovated with a nespresso machine, capsules, and gerolsteiner spring water. the hotel's location was great for my needs, and close to the railway station with frequent connections to cologne. also, the staff was friendly and helpful, i appreciate their service.

The hotel currently undergoes refurbishment. I wish i had been informed about this beforehand, it was quite a surprise.

I had a recently modernized room. It was very nice. the room was big and clean. I found it spacious. the room also included air conditioning. It helped me stay comfortable. It was a plus.

Parking is available on the premises. It costs extra. i had easy access to the city center and the train station. This made my travels easier. the proximity to local venues was also a benefit!
