spacious room amenity kit good choices
The room was spacious , offering ample space to relax. The bathroom included an amenity kit with body wash , shampoo , and conditioner. The breakfast had good choices.
The AC in my room did not work one night.

really good stay near the arena
attentive staff simple check-in clean room
i found the bar staff attentive. they even remembered my name, a lovely touch. the check-in process was simple and efficient. the room was clean. the coffee machine worked better than average.

Wonderful Stay Near the Stadium
varied options smooth check-in helpful staff cool memorabilia
The breakfast was plentiful. I saw a great variety of options and everything was well stocked. The hotel has some cool Bayer memorabilia on display. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The bar closed relatively early. I would have liked it to stay open a bit later.

The hotel is adjacent to the stadium. It's very convenient if you plan to visit. Public transportation is nearby. I appreciate this ideal positioning!

uncleaned glasses coffee doses
The breakfast had varied options (including lactose-free milk).
I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, and the rooms were not cleaned the second day, i found this disappointing. Towels were not replaced even though I left them on the floor as instructed, and glasses were not cleaned. New soluble coffee doses were not provided either.

the hotel is located next to a large park and walking paths to the center of town. the room was neat. the staff was polite and nice to me. breakfast was excellent with lots of variety..
the cleaning service was not daily, and there was an old apple in my trash can..
