i found the bar staff attentive. they even remembered my name, a lovely touch. the check-in process was simple and efficient. the room was clean. the coffee machine worked better than average.

The breakfast was plentiful. I saw a great variety of options and everything was well stocked. The hotel has some cool Bayer memorabilia on display. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The bar closed relatively early. I would have liked it to stay open a bit later.

The breakfast had varied options (including lactose-free milk).
I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, and the rooms were not cleaned the second day, i found this disappointing. Towels were not replaced even though I left them on the floor as instructed, and glasses were not cleaned. New soluble coffee doses were not provided either.

the cleaning service was not daily, and there was an old apple in my trash can..
