the location was quite convenient. easy access to the main town was provided. the staff offered me a different room, i thought that was nice. the staff are helpful and friendly.

the room was basic. there were adult entertainment shops. this was a shocker, i didn't like that. no car park for this hotel exist.

historic stay, a good experience

The staff was helpful. i found the location suitable for accessing the river and the city. It has good transport links. a very helpful staff member even lent me her own phone charger because i had lost mine. the breakfast was very good, especially since it is not usually supplied for this price.

I had issues with the initial room. i was given the choice of three alternative rooms. One of these was about one star. after choosing our alternative room, it sounded as though they were rearranging the floor above us when i returned to settle down.

The breakfast had such lovely options, i really adored the fresh pastries. The bathroom was particularly clean, it felt so refreshing to use after a day exploring. i could easily walk to nearby attractions. i liked the quick check-in process. It was a welcome relief after a long journey!

the noise from nearby establishments was slightly disruptive at times though, i found it hard to rest some nights.

Fantastic Experience!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I really liked the black woman at the reception. She really helped me with everything and I appreciated it!!!! She was always available to help with any questions I had!!! Thank you so much!!!! My room was Room 19 with the baby. The location is probably the best asset of this place. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was rather basic but still good.
