We were placed on the same floor without asking. That was helpful. the front staff was attentive. the room was super clean and had everything we needed. water pressure for the shower was perfect. the water became hot immediately, a nice change.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable.
I was so annoyed when i got twin beds instead of the double i ordered. plus, i had my dog with me. i was told before it would cost 10€ extra. Upon arrival, the price had changed to 15€ and no leeway was given. the evening staff acted like robots. The experience was disappointing, especially for the rate they charge.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is steps away from the train station. a short walk takes you to the old town. the room was very clean, plus, the staff was nice (helpful with directions and suggestions).
The gym closes a bit early. It would be nice if it were open a bit later.
