the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the room this was very convenient. the room included a breakfast table i found this very useful. the bed also had led lights a feature i enjoyed very much.

the parking felt limited i had to search for another option that evening. i also found that there was no basic soap in the room i had to wash my hands in the shower. calling from the room was pointless no one answered

breakfast meats breakfast choices on site parking long wait air conditioning staff shortage

The breakfast choices impressed ME. I enjoyed various breakfast meats eggs cheese delicious yogurt and fresh croissants. The coffee machine offered many options I appreciated. The on-site parking was convenient and reasonable.

I waited a long time to check in IT was over 30 minutes. I understand it was new year's eve but more staff were needed. The air conditioning did not work so well in the room I stayed in. I only saw the freestanding fan behind the curtains when i left.

The room had complimentary coffee and tea amenities I appreciated this. The front desk staff were helpful answering all my questions about navigating the city. On-site parking was convenient I found it reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price added to the stay it started my touring days off well.

The front desk staff were attentive and helpful with city navigation. Their english skills were stellar and they were fluent in german. I witnessed staff addressed all inquiries quickly and effectively providing detailed directions.
