non-functional safe overcrowded breakfast
The room i occupied had a noticeable issue. the safe was non-functional. A detail i found inconvenient. also, the breakfast area was regularly overcrowded. It led to queues and some delays in accessing items.

Really good Hotel Experience
excellent customer service clean room convenient location
The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. They were really friendly. my room was always kept very clean. i particularly appreciated the proximity to the basilica de la sagrada familia.

a decent stay overall
helpful staff convenient location weak air conditioning intrusive lights
The location was convenient. a supermarket was only two minutes from the hotel, very useful. the staff was helpful. I appreciated that.
The air conditioning was not very effective. The room felt too warm at night. the flashing lights from the smoke detector were quite intrusive. They bothered me all night.
