“Based on what I explored, Lelux Hotel struggles to deliver a satisfactory experience, reports mention issues from malfunctioning room access and unresponsive staff to cleanliness concerns and deceptive advertising. For travellers seeking reliable comfort and safety, I'd suggest considering alternative options in Montreal; these accounts paint a concerning picture.”

mixed feelings about this place
long wait faulty thermostat
I was disappointed with the check-in process. It took FOREVER. I waited almost an hour and a half to get my room keys. The room's temperature was difficult to control. It was too hot, and the thermostat did not seem to work properly. I found this frustrating after a long day of travel.
