Dining at Bar George
Bar George, the on-site restaurant, serves British fare with a Québécois twist. It is located in the historic section of the hotel. The restaurant offers rarebit on toast, scotch eggs, and beef Wellington. The bar serves Pimm's. Breakfast is available daily. Weekend brunch includes Poached Eggs & Avocado Toast, Chia Smoothie Bowl, Smoked Haddock Hash, and Bénédictine Eggs.
Leisure and Wellness
