totally amazing stay!

i found the staff super polite they were always courteous and really helpful . the room and bathroom were clean plus the facilities were well kept which i loved. it was surprisingly quiet i was amazed especially since it is super close to the airport. the location is great too it was less than a ten minute taxi ride to the airport

the valet parking system could use some improvement that is the only tiny thing i noticed

the location was ideal. it gave me quick access without the heavy traffic. the hotel itself has a modern design and well maintained rooms. the breakfast offered a rich and varied selection.

the check in process was not smooth. the reception staff seemed unwelcoming. there were considerable delays with room service orders, and the phone in my room was not working. this issue persisted despite reporting it.
