the gate security was great. the receptionist was courteous and efficient. the cleaners demonstrated a high level of dedication ensuring the environment was always super clean and comfortable. hospitality is a core value at this hotel.
our accommodation booked was not available. i waited to check in. the family was separated into two different rooms. most things on the menu were not available in the restaurant

The staff were all hard-working, polite, and approachable. the environment is clean and secure. I liked that. i found the location close to the airport very convenient.
my room had flies. the room didn't include travel-size toiletries. that was inconvenient.
