clean and conveniently located
polite staff helpfulness cleaning staff
the staff was very polite! they answered all my questions patiently, particularly helpful for a tourist like me. the cleaning staff were also polite. i appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness .
There was some noise from inside the building. I could hear the toilet flushing and doors closing in other rooms.
