lack of wipes unresolved issue
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the gym lacked basic hygiene provisions. i found no wipes to clean the equipment after use. despite multiple requests to the front desk, the issue was never resolved, unacceptable.

weights area rainfall shower
the gym included various equipment i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there was also a well stocked weights area. my room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was very practical.
the unconventional layout with the lobby on the seventh floor was slightly confusing at first

nice staff great location small bathroom red mould
The staff was nice! The bedrooms are well decorated. I did not find many amenities though. The location is great.
The bathroom was small and not clean enough for my liking. I saw red mould in the shower. There was no room service, strange for a high-end hotel.

my room was a king room. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the thermostat in my room seemed somewhat difficult to operate.

valet services tasty dishes
i stayed in a king room disability access, and it was very spacious. the hotel has valet services, a definite plus because parking is not easy. breakfast featured tasty dishes.
the lift to get to the room from the seventh-floor reception was a little confusing at first.
