The valet service was efficient and readily available. I found the staff very polite upon reception and always willing to assist with directions. The location allowed easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. We were close to many attractions this made exploring easy.

The absence of a mini-fridge in the room was inconvenient for storing drinks.

The hotel's central position allowed easy walking access to many historical sites. Numerous pubs and restaurants were within a short walk. The hotel is just two blocks from Chateau Frontenac. This location provides very nice convenience.

The room included sound proofing and was quiet despite the central location. The corner room offered a spacious layout. The decor was clean and well maintained. It provided a comfortable and functional space.
