The seven Classic Double Rooms have a surface area of 20 m² with a northern exposure, offering either a double bed or two single beds placed side by side. The four Classic Triple Rooms are approximately 25 m² and feature a double bed and a single bed in an alcove at the entrance. The hotel has six Mountain Spirit rooms with surface areas between 20m² and 28m², accommodating two people and south-facing balconies. The Family Duplex, renovated in 2016, ranges from 35m² to 50m² and includes two levels. The Franck Piccard Suite is 80m² with a large living area, two bedrooms, a dressing room, and a large bathroom with bath and shower. Each guest room features free Wi-Fi, a balcony, and satellite TV. Rooms also include a tea and coffee maker, and minibar.

La Calgary's restaurant serves regional cuisine and French wine. The menu highlights regional products, including Beaufortain meat and fish from lakes and rivers. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, cakes, and pancakes.
