Le Chamois D'Or features 28 bedrooms and one suite. Each room includes a private balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a wardrobe, and a safety deposit box. Bathrooms offer a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The suite includes a living room, a large balcony with views of the Mont-Blanc range, plus a bathroom and a shower room. A fridge is provided.

The hotel's restaurant features large bay windows with mountain views. The chef prepares a menu using local market products, featuring regional fish like perch and whitefish from Leman Lake. The wine menu includes Savoie wines, Bordeaux, and Burgundy grands crus. The bar is open daily, serving cocktails and snacks. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.
