Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities
accessible transport excellent value clean pool
I found transportation very accessible from the location. I think I received excellent value. All staff members showed kindness and gave help. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean. They were also generally quiet. The room facilities were super clean. Everything was in good condition.
The carpet had extreme stains. Pieces of the wardrobe door were ready to fall off. One lamp shade near the bed was broken. It sat on top of the holder.

Breakfast included friendly staff in the breakfast room. It made the start of the day relaxing. I enjoyed several choices of food. There were multiple options for beverages including coffee and juice.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They provided quick check-in and check-out services. Staff answered all inquiries I presented. They also offered guidance concerning local attractions and places to visit.

The hotel features a good swimming pool both indoor and outdoor. A warm temperature in the swimming pool added to comfort. The changing rooms included everything I needed. The spa area featured a steam room and two jacuzzis.

stained carpet broken lampshade
The indoor pool provided a way to unwind after a long day exploring the area.
The room showed significant wear. The carpet had noticeable stains. The wardrobe door seemed like it would fall apart any minute and a lampshade was broken so that was just great. These things combined did not enhance the experience.

My twin room had a good view onto the garden. It had everything i needed. breakfast was fresh, varied and very well served! the helpful staff worked at reception and the leisure center.
the swimming pool was relaxing, though the water temperature was a little cool.

friendly staff good breakfast thin curtains snoring neighbor
The breakfast was very good!!! i especially liked carl at reception. He was very friendly and helpful. the rest of the staff was great too. i found the location to be very nice!!!
i could hear the guest next door snoring and watching tv. the curtains were not blackout, so it was bright early in the morning. i could also see a halo of light around the door from the corridor.

adequate stay, some issues present
disorganized breakfast poor soundproofing
I must say, the breakfast service felt quite disorganized both mornings i was there. staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was one particularly loud man who kept shouting at them from the kitchen. it wasn't a very relaxing way to start the day. also, the soundproofing in my room was not great. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and other rooms.
