The White House Hotel has rooms in the main building and cottage annexes within 100 meters. Rooms offer options of a king-sized double with a single bed, or three single beds. Some rooms have French windows leading to a balconette or balcony with sea views toward Guernsey. Cots or extra beds are available. There are no televisions, clocks, or telephones in the rooms.

The White House Hotel features the Two AA Rosette Conservatory Restaurant for formal dining with sea views and a wine list. The Ship Inn offers informal dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner inside or on the patio. The Mermaid Tavern offers a courtyard and serves pub meals next to a fireplace. Beach cafés at Shell Beach and Belvoir Bay serve salads, sandwiches, hot chips, hot and cold drinks, milk shakes, cakes, pastries, and ice cream. Chef's Theatre dining is available at the Mermaid Tavern for parties, with dishes cooked in paella style pans. Top Deck is available for hire, with its own bar.
Leisure & Entertainment
Guests can swim in the pool or play croquet or tennis. Herm Island provides access to beaches like Shell Beach and Belvoir Bay. Outdoor activities include kayaking, archery, and RIB tours with Island Rib Voyages for Puffin Patrols and Seal Safaris. The island has gardens and coastal paths. The Seagull site offers tent and safari pitches. Forthcoming events include real ale and cider festivals, musical events, sporting events, yoga and wellbeing retreats, special occasion lunches and shopping trips.
Location & Transport
The White House Hotel is located on Herm Island, 3 miles from Guernsey, a 15-minute boat ride away. Aurigny flies from UK airports, including Southampton, Gatwick, Exeter, Bristol, East Midlands, Birmingham, Manchester, Isle of Man, Dublin, Leeds & Norwich, as well as Alderney, Jersey, and some seasonal European connections. Ferries operate from Portsmouth, Poole, Jersey, and St Malo to Guernsey's St Peter Port Harbour. The hotel is near the cliff path leading to Belvoir Bay. It's a short walk to The Mermaid Tavern and gift shops.
