Hotel Jerbourg has rooms on the ground, first, and second floors. All rooms include private en-suite facilities, a color television with digital channels, a hairdryer, and hot beverage facilities. Ten south-facing Premium rooms offer ground or first-floor accommodations with a private patio, full balcony, Juliet balcony, or lounge area. Two Premium rooms are interconnecting, some with walk-in showers and sofa beds suitable for two small children. The Belvoir Suite is on the second floor (no lift) and includes a sea-facing en-suite bedroom with a double bed, a large lounge and dining area, a kitchenette, and a full balcony with panoramic south-facing sea views. Maximum occupancy for the suite is two adults. All rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. Children aged 12 years old and under can be accommodated in one double sofa bed. Standard rooms are on the first and second floor and are not wheelchair accessible.

Getting into St Peter Port is easy with a bus stop just outside Hotel Jerbourg. The hotel is approximately two and a half hours by sea from Poole, Portsmouth, and St Malo. Nearby landmarks include Bec du Nez (1 km), Artparks Sculpture Park (1.5 km), and Moulin Huet Bay (2 km).
