Are there options for rooms that do not include a bathtub? I'm traveling with an elderly companion and would like to know the nearest train station.

The closest station is Hankyu Juso Station, which is about 5 minutes away from the hotel. All rooms come with bathrooms, while single rooms and some twin rooms feature unit baths, and the rest have separate bathing facilities.
Can I request a late check-out for a couple of hours after the standard 10:00 a.m. check-out time?
