the room was very clean and modern. it was fairly spacious for a hotel room! the staff were very kind and helpful. the rooms were modern and well designed. it felt cozy in ways much bigger rooms do not.

there was a big gap between door and floor and cold was coming to the room. i had to put few towels to stop cold getting to the room. i believe this issue needs attention.

the hotel provides communal laundry services needing to wash clothes. this allows for extended stays without concern for clothing. amenities at the reception are available.

there is complimentary ice cream available in the lobby. this adds a nice touch, especially during warmer weather. i found this treat quite refreshing!!!

the hotel is close to the nipponbashi shopping street. it is a good distance from the train station, but still accessible. the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet.
