The room contained a kettle and a coffee machine. A mini fridge was also available. Cereals and porridge were provided. This allowed us to have breakfast in the room.

I found that it could benefit from a slightly larger sign near the entrance.

the room was large and individually decorated i found the bed very comfortable. tea and coffee making facilities were available i also appreciated the fridge in the room. parking was provided in a gated driveway.

i did not meet anyone after the initial reception the hotel felt unattended.

the location offers convenient access to both the new forest and the sea i found the area very peaceful. the hotel is situated just on the edge of the new forest. lepe beach is only two miles away.
