I found the location quite convenient with a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel and a nearby subway station.. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, promptly assisting with any requests i had. i especially appreciated the well-equipped rooms, complete with essential amenities and a coffee machine. the sauna and steam room were a nice addition. The spa area staff maintained cleanliness and ensured ample supplies of towels and bathrobes.

i encountered a slight delay at check-in because the system had trouble scanning my id, though it was quickly resolved.

The hotel had a great location, convenient for exploring the city! I appreciated the recommendation from the front desk for a local brewery within walking distance. The team provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food.

I found that the staff at the evening was disrespectful and judgmental. They refused to give us the room we booked initially! I had to complain to get the correct room. Our first room smelled of moisture and tobacco.
