fantastic experience!

I stayed for new year's celebrations, and the hotel was superb. i really enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed rooms. These provided the perfect space for my family. the new year's eve countdown at the hotel was a lovely and joyful experience. i also found the seafood selection at café zen to be top-tier!!!

i noticed a slight chill in the room, as the air conditioning seemed primarily set for dehumidifying. this made the room a bit cooler than i preferred.

the hotel features a unique live aquarium within café zen. i also noted the spa and pool areas are well-organized and maintained. the location is excellent, being close to restaurants and tourist spots.

the service manager mr green guo provided excellent care and hospitality. he ensured our family's comfort throughout our entire stay. he was professional, sincere, and attentive, reflecting the hotel's high service standards.

missed mark bathroom amenities

the gym WAS fantastic. i used it daily and it had all the equipment i needed for my workouts.

housekeeping REALLY missed the mark. One day, they didn't clean my room at all, and another day, they forgot to refill the bathroom amenities. it is quite irritating to have to call down for things like that at A supposed five-star hotel.

The room featured amazing bathrooms! It also was near the coast with only a short walk!

The shower was a little dirty though the room was not very clean.
