tidy roomefficient check incentral location
The room was tidy. the staff provided efficient check in and check out processes. i found the location great. It sits in the center but slightly away from main roads.

the ground floor has a cafe. it serves good coffee. i noticed cute mugs available with the coffee service adding a special touch to the experience.

the hotel arranged for baggage forwarding. i found this service quite helpful. a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to use in the hotel, very convenient.

the lobby, functioned as a cafe, it was too public. it felt busy with people who weren't guests. also, i found the street noise bothersome at night. i struggled to sleep well. the checkout at 10am also felt way too early for me.

the staff were fine i guess, they just did their jobs.
The room was way too small. We could barely move around. the noise from the street was awful. I heard shouting all night. checking out at 10 am is ridiculous. Most places let you stay till 11.

the breakfast options are very nice and delicious. the staff is really friendly i think. the room is also cozy and quaint.
the room is not suitable for two. it's small i notice. the window is unusable during the night cause of street noise.
