charming experience in the center

location was amazing because it was in the middle of town. tram station access was convenient to major sites. the rooftop onsen is a great plus. i visited it and it was relaxing.

the room got a lot of dust under the bed. even after i asked the hotel staff to clean, it stayed same when i came back. it was annoying.

breakfast spread included many options. staffs gave instructions for alternative public carpark because there is no carpark in the facility. hotel sits right next to chinatown. it is in the middle of a vibrant city.

the location was acceptable, very central to various restaurants and attractions.

The hygiene standards were questionable. I found long hair in the bath and basin upon arrival, made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. the onsen was small and crowded, not the relaxing experience i anticipated. service didn't quite reach the consistently high japanese standards i've come to expect.

The location was perfect. It was close to chinatown and dejima. a major tram stop nearby made travel convenient. i found the room quite spacious and modern. the rooftop spa provided ultimate relaxation (it was amazing!).

i noticed a slight lack of variety in western-style breakfast options, though the japanese selection was good.

the receptionist was very kind. i had everything near the hotel, including restaurants and convenience stores! skyspa was beautiful. there were vending machines and coin laundry in the hotel too.
