The staff were friendly. They were available to assist whenever needed. The location was easily accessible. It also felt quite private.

The front door was sticking. All the doors stuck, including the bathroom and bedroom doors. I noticed wallpaper hanging from the ceiling. I saw a wardrobe cupboard door hanging by one hinge.

the staff seemed available if i needed anything at any time

i found the toilet was not clean there also was no toilet paper provided there was only one towel and i booked for two people the bed had hairs on the sheets

The room smelled musty, and i found some crumbs on the desk. the shower pressure was weak. It barely trickled. the towels felt rough! and thin.

the staff were readily available. they assisted me whenever i needed help. i found the confirmation process fast.

i noticed the wallpaper was coming away from the ceiling. also, the doors were a bit sticky.
