the staff seemed friendly and available to assist at all times. they were lovely people. every single thing i needed was present and there was no trouble getting anything i asked for.

the front door was sticking. all the doors stuck, including those to the bathrooms and bedrooms. there was insufficient sockets for the tv and kettle, a bit of an inconvenience.

The staff were friendly. They were available to assist whenever needed. The location was easily accessible. It also felt quite private.

The front door was sticking. All the doors stuck, including the bathroom and bedroom doors. I noticed wallpaper hanging from the ceiling. I saw a wardrobe cupboard door hanging by one hinge.
