The hotel has an amazing location. IT provided easy access to the main attractions of the city. The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
The air conditioning barely worked. It started leaking in the middle of the night, so we had to change rooms. The other room was clearly of lower quality.

the christmas decor in the lobby really got me into the holiday spirit, it was like stepping into a fairytale, i loved seeing unique art pieces all around the hotel. the staff was helpful, and it was reassuring the hotel had a direct path from the parking garage, it made arrivals smoother. breakfast offered gluten-free option, it made my morning easier.
