“Located in a renovated 18th-century brewery, it is set in the heart of Colmar's historic center, just a short walk from St Martin's Church, making it ideal for exploring the area; plus, the daily self-serve breakfast is a nice touch. Though some rooms may lack storage and have spotty Wi-Fi, I think its proximity to attractions like the Unterlinden Museum makes it a worthwhile base. It's an eco-conscious pick that balances historic charm with modern style.”
