Lakeside Inn features 90 guest rooms and suites located in four historic buildings: Lakeside, Gables, Terrace, and Sunset Cottage. Rooms include Inn Queen Rooms with a queen-sized bed, Florida Rooms with a king or two double beds, Courtyard Rooms with courtyard and pool area views, Inn Suites with a sofa sleeper, arm chairs, a second television, and a small refrigerator, and Lakefront Rooms with lake views. All rooms provide cable TV, ironing facilities, and daily housekeeping. Mini-fridges are available upon request for $5.00 daily. The buildings have two floors without elevators. Paint colors are registered by the National Historical Trust for Preservation. Guests receive real keys and glass doorknobs.
Dining Options
The Beauclaire restaurant features garden views and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with Southern-style menus. The Verandah offers casual dining with lake views for breakfast, lunch, and candlelit dinners. Tremain's Tavern offers a club-like atmosphere with light fare and live entertainment. The lakeside pool bar is open on weekends, weather permitting. Culinary staff also provide both plated and buffet menus for events.
