parking pass excellent pool dining options
i secured a parking pass before officially checking in. i walked to disney springs and returned later for room access at 4 pm. the kids thoroughly enjoyed the excellent pool. there were many dining and drinking options right there.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times, something to consider if you're in a rush

Convenient Disney Springs Hotel
easy walk shuttle service
The location was close to Disney Springs. It was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean with enough space for luggage. The staff provided a shuttle service to disney parks.
I had issues with tv reception. Many channels was pixelated. This made viewing certain programs difficult.

Excellent Disney Experience!
free shuttle daily cleaning fresh towels
I found the free shuttle to Disney parks very convenient! The service provided super transportation and saved a lot on parking fees. The daily cleaning service kept our room super clean. I noticed they refreshed towels and made beds daily.

amazing location soft beds great water pressure faulty door bathtub drain bathroom fan
The location is AMAZING, offering a short 5-minute walk to Disney Springs. The beds provided were soft. The water pressure in the shower felt great!!!
The bathroom door did not fully close. The bathtub drain wasn't working properly. The fan in the bathroom wasn't functional either, it was a bit disappointing.
