the staff were helpful. the location is convenient for the slopes. the evening food was generally a good standard. i found the ski room locker useful.
the pillows were super lumpy. the sheets did not stay on the beds that well. the rooms are so compact you can't really sit as a group in them. the hotel seems to have very little space for socializing.

The ski-in and ski-out access offered great convenience. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The ski passes were arranged efficiently. This added considerable value to the overall package.

Excellent Value Ski Getaway

The location allows ski in and ski out access which was convenient. The ski room locker made storing equipment easy. I found the evening food to be of a good standard. Staff were helpful throughout my stay (they really go the extra mile).
The pillows could be improved. They felt a little lumpy to me.

The location was pretty good and gave decent access to the slopes.
The bedding was uncomfortable. It really needs replacing. My room wasn't cleaned or refreshed with towels during my entire stay, a bit annoying. Breakfast was chaotic, with long queues for coffee machines. I even saw that they ran out of mugs a couple of times.
