the location is perfectly central and within easy reach of major attractions. the kitchen is well-equipped including all equipment you might need. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a restful night after exploring the city.

the stairs were narrow which was a bit difficult with luggage.

the room provided basic necessities for a short stay. it had a wardrobe and a small desk for working or personal use. fresh towels were provided daily and the bed was neatly made.

the hotel is very close to the city center and the high street. access to local supermarkets such as m&s and tesco is easy from this location. various tourist attractions are reachable within a short walk.

the staff was very responsive and helpful with requests. communication was prompt and clear ensuring any queries were quickly addressed. i felt supported and valued throughout my stay because of this attentiveness.

the location was central. the staff was helpful and friendly. i found the coffee shop right in front of the house very convenient (i especially liked the lattes!).

The room was quite cold. I was sleeping with my coat on. the radiator did not really provide much heat. the room looked old with scruffy walls (i think a fresh coat of paint would help).

the location proved advantageous i appreciated its nearness to key attractions. the shared kitchen had a washing machine fridge kettle along with tea and coffee. the room offered a spacious layout plus a good electric heater.

the shower's temperature control was dysfunctional it made maintaining a consistent water temperature challenging. the uncovered pillow seemed dirty affecting the overall cleanliness.

Fantastic Location and Excellent Communication!

The location is really good. It puts you right in the heart of everything. Communication with the host was quick. They responded rapidly to any queries I had. The shared areas were also well-kept. They were clean and orderly.
