small roompaper cups
the room i received was quite small. the floor space was less than the area covered by the bed itself. furthermore the cups provided were paper and only two small containers of milk were supplied each day for two people

the hotel staff was accommodating. i found the heating unit in the bathroom helpful with the cooler weather. the location is great and the walk into the center is pleasant. the carpark was spacious and accessible.
My room was unexpectedly small. It felt almost claustrophobic.
