the staff were helpful. i got a room upgrade and a top-floor room (i liked the view!). the hotel is a short walk from the metro station, very convenient.

i thought the hotel was not quite 5-star. toiletries were limited to small sizes. some items were missing, like a toothbrush and comb (things i expect). the air conditioning did not work in either of the two rooms initially assigned to our group.

The air conditioning made a loud noise, it sounded like a storm. the reception staff did not tell us how to reach the nearest tramway. Instead, they suggested a cab.

I found the staff very professional and helpful. the rooms are quiet and clean. i appreciated the professional service from emir mertcan and gizem. They were kind. i would definitely stay here again.

the air conditioning did not work efficiently in my room. i contacted the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved quickly. i would appreciate prompt solutions to such problems in the future.
