The air conditioner made a lot of noise. It kept me awake. the sheets did not fit the bed properly. it was also hard to get a hold of the reception. I tried to call several times, but nobody answered.

Ruya from guest relations showed such kindness. She anticipated every need. the restaurant offered fresh options, a good start to each morning. the team ensured our time was comfortable. i really felt valued as a guest due to the kind attention of the team.

The air conditioning made a loud noise, it sounded like a storm. the reception staff did not tell us how to reach the nearest tramway. Instead, they suggested a cab.

the staff were very helpful . my room received an upgrade, so i got a nice room on the top floor. it offered a beautiful view (i really enjoyed the scenery). the hotel is a short walk from the metro station, which proved very useful for getting around.

the gym equipment looked a bit worn.

professional staff clean room kind service

I found the staff very professional and helpful. the rooms are quiet and clean. i appreciated the professional service from emir mertcan and gizem. They were kind. i would definitely stay here again.

the air conditioning did not work efficiently in my room. i contacted the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved quickly. i would appreciate prompt solutions to such problems in the future.

i found the reception team consistently cute. mr emırkaan, mr arda, ms. nehir, ms. beytel, and mr aras handled my requests promptly. their teamwork created a pleasant experience. the rooms are beautifully maintained and comfortable.

the air conditioner wasn't working at full capacity, and i found the room slightly cold.
