perfect location lovely staff breakfast variety
the location was perfect for my daughter's graduation. staff were lovely and provided an iron and ironing board when i asked. there was plenty of variety for breakfast options.

misleading claim rear parking area
The parking situation caused considerable annoyance. i found the claim of free parking misleading. I had to pay upon arrival. also, the rear parking area presented an unappealing sight with rubbish and discarded items strewn about.

solid stay near the hoe

friendly staff cooked options excellent location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast included fresh, cooked options. the location was excellent close to many attractions.
I noticed some noise from plumbing in other rooms. Toilets and pumps were audible at times.
